Albany YMCA
The CDYMCA TeenXcel Program provides a structured after-school environment designed to foster meaningful engagement and a strong sense of belonging among teens. The program offersa nutritious meal and structured enrichment activities, including basketball and e-gaming, to support participants’ physical, social, and emotional development. Guided by trained YMCA staff and volunteers, TeenXcel also cultivates positive peer relationships and provides teens with access to adult mentors and role models, helping to mitigate risk factors and promote long-term success. The program meets every Tuesday, from 4pm-7pm at the Former Saint Rose College Athletic Center: Former College of Saint Rose EAC 420 Western Avenue Albany, NY 12203
