The Program & Membership Committee of the Bethlehem Area Branch of the Capital District YMCA shall be responsible for reviewing current membership and program offerings and recommending ways of marketing to the Branch service areas. How can we better serve YOU and your family?
Monitor membership statistics on a monthly basis. Evaluate current membership services assessing community needs and recommending future membership practices to the Advisory Council. Promote Corporate Memberships. Identify, develop and promote programs, policies and procedures that will increase the Branch's effectiveness in meeting needs of individuals of all ages and abilities. Develop and implement marketing programs and activities to extend the YMCA's program services throughout the branch's service area.
